Downstairs
has a large entrance porch/conservatory, hall, breakfast kitchen, dining room with French door to garden, utility area with W.C, twin bedroom, bedroom with king size bed and a shower room.
Upstairs has master bedroom with king size bed andsliding doors onto balcony, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath and walk in corner shower. The living room has sliding doors onto the large sunny balcony overlooking the bay. There are two futons which can be used as additional single beds.
