Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid is refundable if a booking is cancelled before 10am 7 days before the date of arrival, less an administration fee of 5% of the deposit paid, minimum £10.

When cancellation is outside of the above terms the guest will forfeit the deposit paid.

Late Rooms.com booking only - Advance Purchase - fully pre-paid, non refundable and non-transferable for all room types.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid is refundable if a booking is cancelled 8 weeks prior to arrival date less an administration fee of £25.00

If a booking is cancelled in the 8 weeks prior to arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the property. If it is re-let a full refund will be given less an administration fee of £25.00

If not re-let and cancelled in weeks 4 - 8 prior to arrival 50% of the balance paid will be forfeited.

In weeks 2 - 4 prior to arrival 75% will be forfeited and if less than 2 weeks prior to arrival no refund will be given.

It is strongly recommended that customers take out insurance to cover themselves in the event of a cancellation
